Clarifying a stance

What exactly is the "Tea Party" and what are they so mad about? What do they stand for? Why are they winning elections? Why are so many people up in arms about spending and deficits, but afraid of tax increases or spending cuts? Why do many of these same people lobby for smaller government, but want the government to do more? The purpose of this blog is to look at these, and many other questions about our current political landscape.
